By accessing and using our service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

Reasonable care and diligence is taken for providing service continuously and without interruption but will not guarantee continuous service and shall not be liable for any loss/damage resulting from interruption, delay and failure of electric service and is not caused by the wilful negligence of Company.

Company is not responsible for any circumstances which arise at the service supplier station which is beyond our reasonable control.

Company is only an information provider and is not the supplier of the electricity to the point of connection of charging station facilities and shall not be liable for and is held harmless for any injury or damage to persons or property of Customer or of third persons resulting from the presence.

Company shall not hold any responsibility in use or abuse of electricity or resulting from defects in or accidents to any of Customer's vehicle wiring, equipment, or vehicle, or resulting from any cause whatsoever and would be dealt between the customer and service provider.

In no event shall Company have any liability to Customer, the owner of a vehicle receiving charging service, or any other party affected by the electrical service.

By connecting a vehicle to the Charging Station, the EV Customer represents that the EV Customer is authorized to operate that vehicle and to connect it to the Charging Station for the purpose of receiving vehicle charging service.
